1. Ensure that your computer is connected to the internet via Wi-Fi. Download the Virtual Router Manager software from a trusted source. You can find it by searching for "Virtual Router Manager download" in your preferred search engine.
2. Install the Virtual Router Manager software by running the downloaded setup file and following the on-screen instructions. Once the installation is complete, launch the Virtual Router Manager application.
3. In the Virtual Router Manager window, enter a desired "Network Name" (SSID) for your hotspot. This will be the name that other devices will see when connecting to your hotspot.
4. Enter a secure "Password" for your hotspot. This will be the password that other devices will need to enter to connect to your hotspot.
5. Select the Wi-Fi adapter that you want to use as the source for your hotspot from the "Shared Connection" drop-down menu.
6. Click the "Start Virtual Router" button to activate the hotspot. Other devices can now connect to your hotspot by selecting your hotspot's network name (SSID) and entering the password you set in step 4.
