How To Know My IP Address?

Using a Web Browser: Open a web browser (such as Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, or Safari). Go to a website that displays your IP address. For example, you can search for "What is my IP address" on a search engine like Google. The website will display your IP address on the page.    Using Command Prompt (Windows) or Terminal (Mac/Linux): Open the Command Prompt on Windows or Terminal on Mac/Linux. You can usually find it in the "Accessories" or "Utilities" folder of your applications. Type "ipconfig" (without quotes) and press Enter (on Windows) or "ifconfig" (without quotes) and press Enter (on Mac/Linux). Look for the "IPv4 Address" (or "inet" for Mac/Linux) under the network adapter you're using.
