1. Open the Settings app on your iPhone. The Settings app icon looks like a gray gear.
2. Scroll down and tap on "General."
3. Scroll to the bottom and tap on "Reset."
4. You will see several reset options. If you want to erase all data and settings, tap on "Erase All Content and Settings." If you only want to reset certain settings, such as network settings or keyboard dictionary, you can choose the corresponding option.
5. If prompted, enter your passcode to proceed.
6. A warning message will appear, informing you that all data will be erased. If you have already backed up your iPhone and are ready to proceed, tap on "Erase iPhone."
7. Your iPhone will now begin the reset process. It may take a few minutes to complete.
8. Once the reset is finished, your iPhone will restart and display the "Hello" screen, similar to when you first got the device.
9. Follow the on-screen instructions to set up your iPhone again. You'll need to select your language, connect to a Wi-Fi network, and sign in with your Apple ID.
